When customers go online and complete web forms, they’re creating business opportunities. Millions of companies manage those opportunities with intranet-based CRM systems that help them process leads and orders. But for most companies, there was no fast, easy way to exchange information among ecommerce sites, CRM, and the intranet. Now there is, according to Bitrix, Inc. who recently launched Bitrix24, a cloud-based service that allows companies to create digital workspaces. And now with this integration, website orders and leads are automatically imported to the CRM via a smart connection.
With so much competition surrounding collaboration in the cloud, Bitrix has taken a unique approach in it’s design. By allowing companies to take their entire instance of their Bitrix cloud and move it to an on-site server of their choice, the worry about the whole public vs. private cloud computing deployments going forward aren’t affected by decisions to use Bitrix24 today. This gives customers the flexibility to deploy whatever solution they want down the road without having to worry about an existing system limiting their options later.

The system also features social elements to allow personnel to comment and collaborate on ideas, projects, etc. which makes it more compelling to users, who are familiar with the ‘feed style’ of updates and other social features that enable better team collaboration and participation.

Another compelling feature is price, Bitrix24 is free for businesses with up to 12 employees, and 2 paid plans exist to increase capacity. This allows a company to digitize their entire workplace, from clock-in to clock-out, with tons of other features packed in. Bitrix claims to have fused more than 30 content, project, collaboration, communication, reporting, and management tools with a social media style interface.

New CRM Integration

Most recently the company announced their expanded CRM integration to capture data from online lead forms and funnel them directly into the CRM through a smart connection. Bitrix24 gives users complete control over the importing process, synchronization frequency, and handling rules for incoming customer data. The CRM is also enriched with the full array of business automation and collaboration tools present in the social intranet provided by the company.

Bitrix24 is fully integrated with Bitrix Site Manager 11.5, a product which powers content management for more than 60,000 websites, according to Valyanov.  The new integrations with CRM and web forms are standard for the free and paid versions of Bitix24, so current customers can benefit from it’s advanced functions now, with no additional charges.
